Introduction:
The smoked furnace adopts 304 stainless steel structure, has smoked, drying, cooking, cleaning, baking, and other functions, users can choose the reasonable process to realize the purpose of curing and sterilization according to the different requirements of product processing technology. It has PLC automatic programmable control, convenient and simple operation. The smoked furnace is adopted double layer stainless steel radiator, making the furnace temperature lift rapidly, and drying effect is excellent.
Features:

1.Unique wind circulation system design (effectively guarantee same temperature in baking, smoked, drying, cooking, etc, so as to ensure uniformity and beautiful of the product coloring.)

2.The machine adopts wood grain smoke system, the entering smoke pipeline of external type smoke system is designed optimized, which  can effectively reduce tobacco tar on food pollution. The smoke and air input is controlled by computer, which can inhibit open fires. The wood gain smoke system adopts advanced internal circulation furning process, it can smoke in low oxygen state, can shorten the flue length, can inhibit smoke fire, can save the wood grain consumption , can reduce energy consumption and reduce the covering area of equipment.

3.The machine adopts the special design of sheet and sealing strip, which can make the door of the furnace self-lock when it open at 90 degree and 180 degree. And the bottom of the plane is at the same level with the floor of workshop, enter and exit the cart without reversing platform.

4.It is equipped with efficient online cleaning system, daily maintenance of equipment is convenient.
